4. Emergency measures for hydraulic lifting column in case of emergency
When the equipment is in the rising state and the power grid is cut off, the distribution box control system cannot be started normally due to power failure. The power distribution box is equipped with 12V lead-acid batteries. In order not to affect the normal traffic of vehicles, the pressure relief combination button is often pressed - the down button and the stop button on the box are pressed at the same time. If the column does not move or slides down for a while, people can apply downward pressure until the column drops to the ground level.
5. Daily precautions for hydraulic lifting column
(1) Avoid frequent lifting and lowering in a short period of time, otherwise the motor will be heated and damaged.
(2) Pay attention to pedestrians during lifting operation to avoid injury.
(3) When the column works abnormally, press the stop button once after the lifting and lowering is completed to avoid the damage of electrical components and failure to stop, which will burn the motor.
(4) If it is found that some lifting columns are much higher than other columns during use, press the stop button immediately and observe whether the motor is still working. After confirming that the motor has stopped running, contact the manufacturer in time.
(5) It is forbidden to fill the gaps around the column with sediment and sundries, so as not to affect the normal lifting of the column.
(6) It is strictly forbidden to scratch on the surface of the column to cause damage to the column.
