Problems to be solved in high-precision measurement of electric push rod
Electric push rod is widely used in many industrial fields because of its excellent performance, but the requirements for electric push rod also increase. In many industrial applications, the electric push rod is the main equipment for linear motion mechanism, so the force loaded on the workpiece during its motion should be measured with high accuracy to ensure the smooth development of the work.
This kind of measurement is mainly carried out by force sensor. In the past, we put the force sensor in the mechanical transmission chain between the linear motion mechanism and the workpiece for measurement, but the results are often not ideal and this installation method will also have some difficulties.
For example, the force sensor shall be calculated and selected first, and the mechanical connector shall be designed and installed. In addition, it is also necessary to ensure accurate alignment to prevent the bending torque from seriously affecting the measurement accuracy. If the sensor needs to produce corresponding movement when the linear motion mechanism exerts force on the workpiece, it is also necessary to consider that the cable of the sensor signal is not damaged.
This method seems to be more complicated and requires high technical requirements in mechanical and electrical aspects. Therefore, we should study these problems, discuss the method that is convenient and can ensure the measurement accuracy, and improve the use efficiency of the electric push rod.
